Return and Refund Policy

Ship the Item:
Once authorized, ship the item to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return. BeevoKe is not liable for damage occurring during return transit due to improper packaging.
If an item is damaged during transit, please send pictures of the damage to info@beevoke.co.uk@gmail.com on the day of delivery. Upon review, we will either issue a replacement or provide instructions for returning the item.
Inspection:
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
