Bee pollen is a fantastic superfood that can help improve energy levels. These energy bites are a great way to get your daily dose of pollen and keep you energized throughout the day.
What You’ll Need?
1/4 cup bee pollen
1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
How to Make It?
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Place the energy bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Enjoy as a quick snack or pre-workout boost!
